About the Role
Times10 is hiring a Creative Director to own and sharpen the creative vision across projects, campaigns, and client relationships. This person will guide the direction of work across social, video, experiential, branding, creator content, paid media, and digital storytelling, taking ideas from early concepting through delivery.
The role involves leading a multidisciplinary creative team while working closely with strategy, production, account management, and leadership. The ideal candidate brings both cultural awareness and a performance mindset, with a strong ability to create work that is both compelling and effective.
This is an onsite position in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and lead the creative direction for client work, internal initiatives, and original content
- Build campaign ideas that feel culturally relevant and resonate across social and digital channels
- Guide the full creative process from concept development through production, post-production, and launch
- Manage, coach, and motivate designers, editors, producers, and other creative contributors across several projects at once
- Partner with strategy, growth, production, and account teams to ensure creative supports client goals and business results
- Elevate the agency’s creative output through strong judgment, storytelling, and polished execution
- Help define and refine Times10’s creative identity and visual direction
- Oversee shoots, review edits, give detailed creative input, and maintain quality across all deliverables
- Remain closely informed on culture, sports, entertainment, social platforms, and creator trends
- Confidently present concepts and campaign direction to clients and internal teams
- Contribute to building repeatable creative processes and scalable workflows as the agency expands
Requirements
- At least 7 years of agency experience
- A strong portfolio showing advanced creative thinking, storytelling, and execution across digital and social work
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and multiple simultaneous projects
- Solid understanding of social-first content, creator marketing, brand storytelling, and digital culture
- Background in directing creative for video, social, experiential, branding, and performance marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work quickly, adapt creatively, and perform well in a fast-moving environment
- Strong sense for what connects visually and culturally in today’s media landscape
- Experience with brands, creators, athletes, or entertainment properties is strongly preferred
- Exceptional candidates may also bring experience in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or creator-led brands
- Additional advantage if you have strong production knowledge across shoots, post-production, and content workflows
- Experience building creative systems in a high-growth agency or startup environment is a plus
- Deep familiarity with creator ecosystems, social trends, and internet culture is valued
- Portfolio examples that have driven engagement, conversation, or organic attention are especially desirable
