We collaborate with premium D2C e-commerce brands and established B2B companies to guide them through the digital landscape, boost revenue, and generate high-quality leads. Unlike generalist agencies, we concentrate on impactful metrics and function as an integrated part of our clients' teams, employing a hands-on, data-driven methodology for high-value, considered purchases.
About the Role
This position involves the conceptualization, creation, and approval of paid social advertisements, videos, client presentations, and other digital design assets. You will liaise with both internal teams and external clients to ensure that creative outputs align with their specific needs and quality standards. A key aspect of this role is contributing to creative strategy and direction, informed by the latest performance data and analytics. We are seeking a highly creative individual who possesses a keen understanding of our clients' high-end brand aesthetics and can consistently meet demanding, evolving deadlines without sacrificing meticulous attention to detail.
What You Will Actually Do
- Creative Production: Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce superior paid social ads and other digital assets for diverse platforms, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
- Planning: Manage a comprehensive calendar for all relevant channels and clients, ensuring timely completion and approval of all deliverables.
- Competitive Analysis & Strategy: Conduct ongoing research into competitors and industry trends. Proactively generate novel ad concepts and hooks, and present these ideas to the team.
- Client Communication & Feedback: Confidently present creative concepts to clients and effectively translate their feedback into actionable design revisions. Offer clients guidance and strategic recommendations as needed.
- Client-Facing Presentations: Guarantee that all assets delivered to clients are cohesive and meet our stringent quality benchmarks.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of direct experience in designing advertisements specifically for paid social media and other advertising platforms; organic social media design experience alone is not sufficient.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Prior e-commerce experience, especially with Shopify, is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding skills in forward planning and time management.
- A genuine passion for and interest in the furniture and design industry.
