About the Role

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are seeking a resourceful, imaginative content producer to help shape corporate communications through strong storytelling and polished multimedia output. This role is designed for an early-career professional who wants to grow by creating compelling narratives for live moments, campaigns, and editorial content series.

As a key contributor to the content function, you will help the team operate at scale by capturing important moments, keeping stories consistent, and moving projects smoothly from concept through delivery. The position offers exposure to high-visibility initiatives while helping you build practical, transferable content production skills.

This is an onsite role. Once Hasbro opens its new Boston location, the schedule will be onsite Tuesday through Thursday at the new headquarters in Boston, MA. Until then, the position will be onsite Tuesday through Thursday either at Hasbro’s headquarters in Pawtucket, RI or at the temporary Boston location.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and edit multimedia assets such as video, photography, and audio for employee communications, corporate social channels, and executive-facing visibility needs.
  • Handle production work across the full workflow, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Create repeatable systems for large-scale employee-generated content, including filming guidance, shot lists, toolkits, and standard practices.
  • Work with internal partners to turn business priorities into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Make sure all content aligns with Hasbro’s brand voice and creative expectations.
  • Organize shared content repositories so assets are correctly labeled, easy to find, and ready for use.
  • Monitor new content trends and formats to keep storytelling current and engaging.
  • Support content production for major internal and external moments, including programs such as Women Innovators of Play, industry initiatives, awards, and partnerships.
  • Assist with gathering assets, securing approvals, and coordinating across stakeholders to keep delivery on schedule.
  • Draft initial social copy for corporate channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Help shape executive and leadership social content by drafting copy and suggesting visuals.
  • Maintain rolling content calendars and working drafts with notes on channel mix, visuals, and timing.
  • Track, assess, and report on content results across social media, internal platforms, and podcasts.
  • Use AI tools actively to improve content creation, distribution, and measurement.
  • Recommend ways to strengthen Hasbro’s presence in technology-enhanced discovery and conversational environments.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content production, communications, social media, or a similar area; internships and freelance experience are also acceptable.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality multimedia content from start to finish.
  • Strong narrative sense with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
  • Excellent organization skills and comfort managing several versions, deadlines, and priorities at once.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive and apply feedback well.
  • Familiarity with social platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Basic exposure to video editing software or content review processes.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure social performance and evaluate results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools such as generative AI, content assistants, or research tools.
  • Interest in how brands appear in search and conversational experiences driven by artificial intelligence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

The advertised pay range for this role is USD 80,500 to USD 120,700 per year. The final offer may vary depending on experience, skills, location, and market conditions.
