Creative Content Manager & Producer

About the Role

TOPTATO is hiring a Creative Content Manager & Producer to own the full content process, from early idea development through production and results review. The position is focused on creating original, social-first content that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong creative direction skills, a sharp eye for trends, and hands-on experience turning concepts into polished content. This role involves planning campaigns, leading shoots, shaping visual storytelling, and continuously improving output based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build monthly content plans and editorial calendars.
• Track emerging trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
• Concept and develop fresh campaign ideas and content directions.
• Write scripts, creative briefs, and production outlines.
• Oversee content shoots and manage production from start to finish.
• Direct models, photographers, and other creative contributors during shoots.
• Suggest new visual themes, locations, set ideas, and creative approaches.
• Create new ways to present products and collections in an engaging format.
• Develop user-generated-content-style and social-native content.
• Review final edits and maintain high content standards.
• Measure content results and use insights to improve future work.
• Study competitors and identify new opportunities for audience and brand growth.
• Prepare performance summaries with practical recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or social media content.
• Background in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of how TikTok and Instagram content performs and circulates.
• Proven experience managing creative shoots and production workflows.
• Strong creative judgment and visual storytelling ability.
• Ability to turn ideas into content that performs well.
• Must already be in Jeddah or willing to relocate there.

Additional Information

This opportunity is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia and requires on-site presence. The role is full-time and focused on end-to-end creative content production, social content development, and performance-driven optimization.
