About the role
In this position, you will combine strategic thinking with visual execution to create concepts that make an impact. You will join a creative environment focused on innovation, work with exciting brands, and help shape campaign assets from idea to final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of creating assets for client projects within the design team, handling the process from concept development through production and final quality checks for advertisements.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team and, when needed, directly with clients to develop creative ideas that are visually strong and effective on social media.
- Support team planning and quality by helping with capacity coordination, giving feedback on creatives, and maintaining agreed standards.
- Independently design static ads and contribute your own creative style to the team’s output.
- Explore and promote the use of AI tools within the team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a creative role, ideally with a social media focus.
- Strong conceptual thinking with an understanding of marketing, strategy, target audiences, and current trends.
- Well-organized, confident in communication in both German and English, and comfortable working with teams, clients, and cross-functional partners.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- A strong passion for creativity and a consistently high quality mindset.
