Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site courier position in Safidon, Haryana. The person in this role will collect and deliver industrial items such as adhesives, oils, and films between customer sites, warehouses, and suppliers along assigned routes. The work requires careful planning of delivery runs, safe loading and unloading, verification of shipping paperwork, collection of signatures, and accurate tracking of pickup and delivery records. The courier will also be responsible for basic vehicle upkeep, compliance with traffic and safety rules, and regular coordination with office staff and customers regarding delivery progress or possible delays. A professional, courteous approach is expected at all times while representing the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport industrial products between customer locations, warehouses, and supplier points within assigned routes.
• Plan daily deliveries in a way that supports timely completion and efficient route coverage.
• Load and unload goods carefully to avoid damage and follow safe-handling practices.
• Review delivery documents, collect required signatures, and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a basic working condition and report issues when needed.
• Follow all traffic regulations, safety instructions, and company procedures during transit.
• Keep the office team and customers informed about delivery status, delays, or route changes.
• Interact with customers in a polite, dependable, and professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good customer service ability, including clear communication, courteous behavior, and problem-solving during deliveries.
• Working familiarity with logistics, transportation, route planning, and time management.
• Readiness to undergo training on product handling, safety practices, and company rules.
• Comfort with basic paperwork such as delivery notes, invoices, and proof-of-delivery documents.
• Valid driving licence, clean driving record, and knowledge of local roads in and around Safidon.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages safely while following proper handling methods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Prior exposure to courier, delivery, warehouse, or field service work will be helpful.
