Role overview

This position is focused on collecting and delivering parcels safely, accurately, and on time. The role also involves checking package contents against orders, scanning items correctly, safeguarding parcels, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key duties

• Pick up and drop off packages along assigned routes while keeping to required delivery timelines.
• Check and scan parcel contents so order details are confirmed at both collection and delivery points.
• Represent the company professionally by providing helpful customer service and handling packages securely.
• Escalate delivery exceptions quickly, including damaged items, incorrect addresses, or other issues.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested.

Licensing requirements

A valid MR (Medium Rigid) driver licence is mandatory. A LF Forklift high-risk licence is also required.
