About the Role

The Country Security Supervisor will oversee the daily management of security personnel, activities, and contractors supporting H&P's business initiatives across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This includes managing security at the Dammam Base, Bahrain Camp, stack yards, housing compounds, and any other locations where H&P faces security risks. The role involves direct responsibility for the CCTV and access control systems, as well as other physical security equipment and programs designed to protect H&P assets in the field. Collaboration with local H&P operational personnel is key to ensuring stakeholders receive adequate security support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day security operations and personnel across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
  • Oversee and maintain CCTV, access control systems, and other physical security equipment.
  • Develop and implement security programs to protect H&P assets and personnel.
  • Conduct threat assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
  • Manage Duty of Care operations for H&P personnel.
  • Apply physical security principles and operational best practices.
  • Work closely with local operational teams to provide necessary security support.
  • Manage and implement technical security projects.
  • Oversee video surveillance, detection, and recording systems.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in security management, preferably within a government security agency or military, with a focus on critical infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in personnel and site protection, system design, and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in threat assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in security policies and procedures.
  • Experience in Duty of Care operations.
  • Strong understanding of physical security principles and operations.
  • Familiarity with various security systems.
  • Experience managing and implementing technical projects is preferred.
  • Experience with video surveillance, detection, and recording systems.

Education and Certifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, International Affairs/Relations/Business, Emergency Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification is preferred.

Additional Information

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of security management within critical infrastructure environments and the ability to manage diverse security systems and personnel across different geographical locations.
