Role overview

This is a senior, high-impact leadership role based in Germany within a fast-scaling iGaming business. You will take end-to-end responsibility for the performance of the assigned market, with a strong focus on commercial growth, operational excellence, and long-term regional expansion. The position blends strategy, execution, product coordination, and market development, making it a strong fit for a leader who prefers ownership and measurable outcomes.

You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape market strategy, improve revenue outcomes, and build efficient local operations. The role is fully remote and provides a high level of autonomy, along with the chance to influence both day-to-day performance and long-term market success.

Key accountabilities

  • Take full ownership of market P&L and ensure the business delivers profitable, sustainable growth while maintaining operational standards.
  • Lead regional expansion efforts by building or strengthening local operations, increasing visibility, and tailoring growth plans to market opportunities.
  • Manage core business areas such as traffic acquisition, product localization, payment flows, CRM, VIP activity, customer support, partnerships, and brand reputation.
  • Review performance data, run operational checks, and identify ways to improve acquisition, retention, conversion, and overall efficiency.
  • Plan and optimize affiliate-driven acquisition activity with a strong focus on first-time deposits and ROI.
  • Create and roll out retention, VIP, and engagement initiatives designed to increase player value and loyalty over time.
  • Recruit, guide, and develop local teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance tracking, and employee engagement.
  • Track competitors, market shifts, and customer feedback, and coordinate responses for reputation issues or crisis situations.
  • Work in close partnership with Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to keep market priorities aligned with the wider business plan.
  • Monitor and improve important KPIs such as acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, revenue, payment performance, customer satisfaction, and brand sentiment.

Candidate profile

  • You should bring at least 3 years of experience in the iGaming sector in roles such as country management, affiliate marketing, traffic acquisition, product operations, or similar functions.
  • A strong grasp of .com business models and commercial metrics such as CAC, LTV, NGR, affiliate revenue-share arrangements, and unit economics is required.
  • Experience launching, growing, or managing operations in European, Indian, or Turkish markets is important.
  • You need practical knowledge of payment service providers and payment infrastructure in offshore or international gaming settings.
  • You should have a proven record of building and scaling local teams, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and KPI-driven management.
  • Strong analytical ability and a data-led approach are essential for interpreting dashboards, spotting trends, and improving performance.
  • Hands-on exposure to affiliate platforms and tracking systems such as Affise, Tune, Cellxpert, or similar tools is expected.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills, is required.
  • Experience with influencer, streamer, or partnership programs in iGaming will be a plus.
