About the role
TRP Infrastructure Services is looking for a driven recruiter to help expand hiring efforts across its Pavement Marking, Traffic Control, Airfield Striping, Construction, and Corporate Operations teams. This role is central to identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring strong candidates as the company continues to grow across several states.
What you’ll do
- Own the recruiting process end to end, from requisition approval through onboarding.
- Find candidates through job boards, recruiter tools, social platforms, trade schools, and workforce programs.
- Support hiring for both field-based and operational roles.
- Review candidates and carry out phone screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and hiring steps with managers.
- Keep candidate pipelines organized and maintain ATS data accurately.
- Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Assist with workforce planning and development of recruiting strategies.
- Help ensure hiring practices follow company policies and employment laws.
What we’re looking for
Applicants should bring at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR. Experience recruiting for construction, infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, or skilled trades is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and prior ATS experience are also preferred. A bachelor's degree is welcome but not required.

The right candidate will be a strong sourcer and interviewer with excellent communication, organization, relationship-building, reporting, and analytical abilities. You should be comfortable handling several priorities at once in a fast-moving environment.
