Role overview

This contract opportunity is for a Corporate Recruiter supporting high-volume hiring in a fully in-office environment. The role centers on managing the recruitment cycle end to end, collaborating closely with business partners, and delivering a strong candidate experience while helping shape hiring strategies.

The position is based on-site in Tampa, Florida. Similar on-site arrangements are noted for Chicago, Delaware, Tempe, Jacksonville, and Columbus. Financial services experience is considered an advantage, and Oracle experience is also noted as relevant.

Compensation for this assignment is $35-36 per hour, and the engagement is a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

  • Run the full recruiting process from intake through offer and help build practical hiring strategies.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment procedures, controls, policies, and market information relevant to their staffing needs.
  • Find and attract talent through multiple sourcing channels and maintain active candidate pipelines.
  • Screen, interview, and submit well-matched candidates to hiring managers, then use feedback to refine the search approach.
  • Work with senior leaders, HR partners, and finance to forecast hiring demand and prepare pipeline plans.
  • Recommend creative improvements that increase value, improve speed, and simplify the hiring process.
  • Participate in client discussions, stay current on business changes, and act as a recruiting subject matter resource.
  • Set expectations clearly for both managers and candidates while keeping communication timely and professional throughout the process.
  • Help candidates understand career growth, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the overall value of the opportunity.
  • Discuss compensation expectations with both sides to support offer acceptance and successful closure.
