Role Overview

The organization is seeking a creative talent acquisition professional to work closely with company leadership on building and executing recruiting strategies nationwide. This is a fast-moving, high-growth environment where the recruiter will support shared services hiring needs and help strengthen the company’s talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in Shared Services.
  • Source strong candidates in the education space through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Reach out to passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Evaluate applicants to determine their experience, qualifications, and alignment with Shared Services positions.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including interview coordination, background checks, and offer extension.
  • Deliver a consistently positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers during screening, selection, and placement.
  • Keep candidate records and job postings organized and up to date.
  • Apply talent acquisition best practices and advise leadership on tools and strategies that can improve hiring outcomes.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and all relevant state and federal employment regulations.
  • Work with Marketing & Communications on social media recruiting initiatives.
  • Handle additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition is needed.
  • Hands-on experience with major applicant tracking systems is required; Greenhouse is preferred.
  • Background in high-growth, high-volume recruiting environments is required.
  • Experience building and executing strategies to improve access to diverse talent pools is expected.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws is important.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong time management ability is needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting annual salary for this role is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual pay may vary depending on geography or market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.

Benefits, subject to eligibility, include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; life insurance; long-term disability insurance; short-term disability insurance; and 10 paid holidays each year.

Paid time off is provided for sick time, vacation, and personal needs.

Employees may select from four different health insurance plans, with options that include co-pay plans and high deductible health plans, designed to offer a range of deductible and coinsurance levels.
