Job description

About Charlie Health

Charlie Health is focused on making behavioral healthcare more accessible for people facing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Its care model is designed to remove common barriers such as long waits, limited local options, and one-size-fits-all treatment by offering personalized virtual support that connects clients with clinicians, care teams, loved ones, and broader support communities.

The organization is growing quickly and is working to expand access to meaningful, evidence-based care from home. Its mission is to help more people receive life-saving behavioral health treatment and improve outcomes for individuals with complex needs.

Role Overview

Charlie Health is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to work closely with senior leaders and help build strong corporate teams. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle hiring for high-visibility and challenging roles, advising leadership on hiring strategy, strengthening talent pipelines, and improving recruiting processes as the company scales.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-priority corporate positions, partnering with leaders to define role needs, candidate profiles, and interview approaches.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior hiring managers by sharing market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations.
  • Create and run sourcing plans across multiple channels to attract diverse, high-quality candidates for competitive searches.
  • Assess, interview, and recommend candidates with structured feedback that supports timely and confident hiring decisions.
  • Improve recruiting efficiency and consistency by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Maintain strong internal partnerships to keep searches aligned, trusted, and moving forward.
  • Ensure candidates have a clear, engaging, and mission-aligned experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Lead recruiting projects and broader initiatives that help advance the evolution of the talent function.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including success hiring for complex corporate roles in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders at Director level and above, with the ability to serve as a trusted partner.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to understand role impact, weigh tradeoffs, and connect hiring decisions to company goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deliver projects, and improve based on feedback.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep searches efficient while protecting candidate experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency.

Benefits and Compensation

Full-time, exempt employees receive comprehensive benefits. The expected total cash compensation, including possible bonus, is $80,000 to $125,000 per year. Final pay depends on location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other business factors. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include stock options and additional company-sponsored benefits.

Company Values

  • Connection: care deeply and inspire hope.
  • Congruence: stay curious and follow the evidence.
  • Commitment: move with urgency and keep going.
