Overview
This role is being recruited for a Haystack partner. The position is for a Corporate Recruiter based in Chicago, Illinois, and is a full-time onsite opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Create and run targeted sourcing strategies to engage both actively searching candidates and passive talent.
- Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and put together strong, competitive offers.
- Shape a standout candidate journey that reflects the organization’s culture and values at every stage of hiring.
- Share market intelligence and talent insights to help guide recruiting decisions and overall hiring strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience recruiting and sourcing high-quality talent.
- A proactive, upbeat mindset and the resilience to work through recruitment hurdles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders and cross-functional partners at different levels.
