Role Overview

Our client is hiring a corporate recruiter to support a fast-scaling, forward-thinking organization that is focused on delivering strong value and adapting quickly to customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines, partnering closely with business leaders, and improving the candidate journey from first contact through onboarding.

In this position, you will own recruiting efforts for a range of roles across multiple teams and help shape the workforce of a growing enterprise. Your work will directly influence hiring quality, diversity, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned positions across several functions, including pipeline development, interviewing coordination, hiring, and candidate relationship management.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on hiring needs and recruitment planning.
  • Use professional networks to stay current on market movements, hiring practices, and competitive intelligence that can strengthen future talent strategies.
  • Partner with talent acquisition teammates and business stakeholders to carry out focused recruitment plans.
  • Apply creative sourcing approaches to attract strong candidates, including diverse talent for business-critical roles.
  • Plan and coordinate cross-functional diversity recruiting programs and hiring events.
  • Support a positive candidate experience through clear communication, offer coordination, and onboarding assistance.
  • Facilitate candidate debrief discussions and share hiring insights that help guide offer decisions.
  • Follow recruitment policies and maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Keep trackers and reports up to date and provide regular status updates to business partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Ability to build collaborative, trusted, and influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with, or exposure to, recruiting candidates from underrepresented communities and working with diversity-focused organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Background in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting is acceptable.
  • Bonus: experience recruiting for niche areas such as veterinary or vet tech talent.
  • Bonus: flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.
