A prominent Corporate Finance Advisory firm in Dublin is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to bolster its team, driven by a robust deal pipeline. The firm provides comprehensive corporate finance advisory services, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, company valuations, and fundraising, serving a diverse array of sectors both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the creation of business plans, funding proposals, and company valuations for existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sophisticated financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide strategic advice on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for both acquisition and divestiture mandates.
• Perform detailed financial analysis pertinent to various transactions.
• Gain practical experience and contribute to deal negotiations.

Requirements

• Possess recent qualification as an ACA accountant.
• Demonstrate a strong academic record.
• Have prior experience or exposure to corporate finance transactions.
• Exhibit proficiency in developing and refining financial models and conducting thorough financial analysis.
• Showcase excellent analytical, project management, and research capabilities, coupled with sharp commercial insight.
