Role Overview

In this role, you will help run daily fleet operations at the zone level by keeping an eye on performance, handling rider concerns, and supporting smooth live operations. You will serve as the main on-the-ground connection between riders, dispatch teams, and fleet partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep track of live operations to support strong performance across the city or zone.
• Review rider performance at a city and zone level and flag areas needing improvement.
• Handle in-person queries raised by riders.
• Coordinate with fleet partners to maintain clear and effective communication.
• Support dispatch teams with rider-related coordination and messaging.
• Carry out on-ground checks to review fleet appearance and rider conduct, while gathering field-level observations.
• Create and maintain feedback channels between riders and management.
• Address questions, concerns, and escalations from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor zonal results and take corrective measures such as warnings, suspension, or termination for underperforming riders.
• Look into rider-related complaints coming from customers or vendors.
• Take on other tasks assigned by the line manager as needed.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in the food or grocery tech industry are preferred.

Skills and Competencies

The role calls for strong multitasking ability, comfort in a busy and fast-moving environment, proficiency with Google Suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a valid UAE driving license.

Additional Information

This position requires regular coordination across riders, dispatch, and fleet partners, along with active field involvement and operational oversight at the zone level.
