Coordinator, CPG

Role Overview

Paramount is looking for a Coordinator to support the expansion of its consumer products work across CPG, consumables, pet, beauty, and quick service restaurant categories. In this role, you will contribute to product development, marketing coordination, partner support, sales materials, contract handling, and quarterly revenue forecasting across a variety of brands and business partners.

This position offers exposure to many parts of the consumer products and entertainment licensing space. The team is seeking someone who is motivated, highly organized, a strong communicator, and eager to learn.

What You Will Do

• Run daily category operations, including line lists, contract tracking, and partner coordination.
• Support product development reviews by tracking progress, flagging risks, and helping drive timely issue resolution so launches and innovations stay on track.
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft clear follow-up summaries for internal use.
• Partner with teams such as Franchise, Creative, Legal, International, Retail Development, Digital, and Retail Marketing to improve visibility and support smooth execution of products and business initiatives.
• Help build annual and quarterly revenue forecasts by gathering budget and sales data from licensees, reviewing the numbers, and helping shape response plans.
• Take part in market visits and competitor reviews, then organize insights and recommendations supported by facts and current industry trends.
• Assemble materials for internal and external presentations, including property overviews, category win stories, ratings, and press coverage, to support business development and retail performance.

Required Background

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed organization and follow-through abilities.
• Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring salary range for this role is $45,000 to $62,000. Actual starting pay will depend on factors such as location, market conditions, experience, training, and education.

Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, disability coverage, tuition assistance, and PTO, or as otherwise determined by the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
