Job description
Role Overview
This contract position is based in Singapore and supports procurement activities for construction-related projects. The role involves coordinating with clients and consultants, preparing tender and cost documentation, and handling end-to-end tender administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with clients and consultants to manage the procurement of works for construction projects.
- Develop budget estimates, pre-tender estimates, and post-tender cost reviews.
- Draft, prepare, and organise tender packages, including technical specifications.
- Run tender briefings and site walk-throughs.
- Issue tenders and quotations, then manage the closing process.
- Assess and compare tender and quotation submissions.
- Put together contract agreements for client approval and signature.
- Take on additional tender- and procurement-related tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements
- A diploma in Construction, Contracts Management, or Quantity Surveying from a local or recognised institution is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or contract administration is preferred.
