Role overview

As a Contractor Care Specialist in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, you will play a key part in supporting external specialists and acting as a link between contractors, consultants, payroll, and clients. The role focuses on delivering a smooth experience throughout the full assignment journey, from onboarding through to offboarding.

What you will do

• Look after contractors across the complete assignment cycle, including onboarding, active assignment support, and offboarding.
• Serve as the primary contact for external employees on operational and administrative matters.
• Help ensure a consistently strong contractor experience.
• Coordinate closely with consultants and the internal payroll team on billing and payroll-related topics.
• Plan and manage assignments, availability, and contract extensions.
• Assist with contract handling and related documentation.
• Maintain contractor records and internal systems.
• Handle questions related to assignments, time tracking, invoicing, and similar matters.

What you should bring

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Good organizational ability and a structured way of working.
• A service-focused mindset and an attentive approach to individual needs.
• Initiative and a practical, hands-on attitude.
• Previous exposure to recruiting, staffing, or project environments is helpful but not required.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Valid permission to work in Germany.
