Role Overview
The Mauritius center is hiring a Contract Management Senior Analyst to support contract handling and client account activities. This role is centered on helping manage contracts and subcontracts in line with company standards, applicable laws, and client requirements while working closely with business teams, delivery teams, and clients.
The position is client-facing and may include guiding junior contract management staff, acting as a dependable partner to the business, and helping strengthen trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Support contract administration activities for a specific project or account.
- Partner with delivery teams and client representatives to support daily service delivery.
- Show the business value of the contract management function to project and account teams.
- Look for ways to improve efficiency in existing work and suggest practical improvements.
- Serve as a positive example for contract management colleagues and contribute to broader team initiatives.
- Coach, guide, and support junior contract management staff to help ensure resources are used effectively.
- Contribute to reviews of junior staff performance, goal setting, and performance tracking.
- Help develop and deliver contract and commercial training materials for the team.
- Take part in identifying, documenting, and resolving commercial and contractual risks and issues.
- Escalate concerns to the Contract Management Lead in a timely and controlled manner.
- Ensure work follows contract management procedures and account delivery expectations.
- Support pre-award sales work, including RFP responses, contract schedule drafting, and negotiation support.
- Apply a working understanding of Accenture’s service offerings and related commercial considerations.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing contractual documents such as Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, and NDAs, under appropriate direction.
- Observe negotiations and, where suitable, participate in them.
- Support the rollout of contract management processes in line with Accenture policies.
- Help identify and apply policies and procedures relevant to an account.
- Work with delivery and finance leads to identify contract levers that affect revenue, cost, and profit.
Knowledge and Experience
Candidates should bring 3 to 5 years of post-graduation professional experience. A solid foundation in the contract lifecycle, commercial contracting principles, regulations, legal/compliance basics, and commercial agreements is expected. The role also requires practical knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Legal and Contracting Background
Applicants should have a basic grasp of commercial contracting rules and principles, subcontracting practices, and the legal concepts that apply to commercial and contract management.
