Role Overview
An established facilities management business in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Contract Administrator to support integrated facilities management, asset management, and energy solutions across a diverse client portfolio. The position is centered on building and maintaining a strong contract administration structure, ensuring documents are reviewed accurately, records are kept up to date, and all activities remain aligned with applicable bylaws and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on day-to-day contract oversight, including monitoring service provider submissions, keeping contract records organized, and helping resolve commercial and contractual issues. The selected professional will also advise on scope changes, streamline contract workflows, and contribute to improvements in overall contract administration practices.
- Administer and maintain a structured contract management framework.
- Review documentation submitted by service providers for completeness and compliance.
- Update and manage contract databases and related records.
- Ensure adherence to relevant bylaws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
- Support the handling of contractual disputes and related follow-up.
- Provide input on project scope changes and variation matters.
- Help improve and optimize contract administration processes.
Candidate Profile
The employer is seeking a professional with a background in business administration, law, engineering, or a similar discipline, along with solid experience in contract administration and management. Familiarity with Saudi procurement rules and a strong track record across the Middle East are important for success in this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Contract management certification such as CPCM or CCCM is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of contract management systems and tools.
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience in contract administration and contract management.
- Experience working within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in contract management roles in the Middle East.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia and available on a single status basis.
Compensation and Benefits
The package includes a monthly salary of SAR 13,000 to 16,000, plus accommodation and transport support.
