Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting, or a comparable role.
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in generating content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Familiarity with the real estate or property market is advantageous.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
• A creative mindset with a talent for compelling storytelling.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy is beneficial.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
• Prior experience working in the UAE is preferred.

Your Role

• Develop captivating content for social media platforms, including posts, campaigns, and narratives.
• Draft property descriptions, brochures, and various marketing materials.
• Produce content for the company website, blog posts, and landing pages.
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns and client communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
• Uphold a consistent brand tone and messaging across all communication channels.
• Investigate market trends to create relevant and effective content.
• Assist in the planning of content calendars and campaign execution.
• Review and edit content to guarantee accuracy and high quality.
