Job description
The role
This position sits at the junction of narrative, planning, and performance analysis. You will lead the content direction for a group of boutique real estate brokerages in Dubai, shaping the ideas that move forward, drafting the scripts that get produced, and refining both through results data over time.
You’ll collaborate closely with creative leadership, the production crew, and social media managers so that every asset published has a clear strategic purpose and can be measured against real business outcomes.
What you will do
- Create monthly content plans for each client, including content pillars, campaign ideas, editorial schedules, and shoot briefs.
- Draft all video script types, such as agent-led pieces, property storytelling, voiceover scripts, reel openings, and short-form content.
- Write copy for a range of channels and formats, including captions, WhatsApp micro-messages, warm lead sequences, and insight report write-ups.
- Review social and paid media performance across client accounts and turn the findings into practical creative guidance.
- Spot relevant content and creative trends in Dubai real estate and proactively surface opportunities for the team.
- Lead quarterly content strategy reviews with partners and present data-informed recommendations confidently.
- Prepare production briefs with enough detail to remove confusion on shoot day.
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or creative strategy, ideally gained in a fast-paced agency or content studio environment.
The ideal candidate is first and foremost a strong writer: scripts should be compelling to watch, and captions should make people stop scrolling.
You should be comfortable working with data, able to interpret platform analytics, identify what matters, and convert those insights into creative decisions.
Experience using Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp as content formats, rather than only as publishing channels, is important.
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and luxury lifestyle content would be an advantage, though a fresh point of view is also welcome.
You should have strong opinions about ideas, while remaining easy to work with and low-ego in your process.
