Job description
Role overview
Bloxspring is an 18-person integrated communications agency based in London. It partners with forward-thinking leaders in real estate, construction, and climate, delivering strategic communications, editorial content, and creative support that helps founders and CEOs build visibility and momentum in sectors such as proptech and climate technology.
What the role involves
In this position, you’ll oversee social media for Bloxspring as well as its client accounts, shaping presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Substack. The job sits at the intersection of planning and hands-on delivery: you’ll develop original B2B content, create visual assets, and foster community engagement. It offers the opportunity to lead social for businesses that are changing the built environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and publish content across multiple platforms, including long-form LinkedIn leadership pieces, timely TikTok content, and motion-led creative for different client brands.
- Take ownership of the full creative workflow, from producing refined visuals in Figma or Canva to writing copy that reflects each client’s distinct tone and voice.
- Track relevant industry developments and news to spot real-time opportunities for engagement, and manage community conversations to strengthen relationships with B2B audiences.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant brings 2–3 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment, with a strong track record in B2B social media strategy and execution. You should be comfortable creating design assets yourself, producing short-form video content without relying on a dedicated designer, and adapting your writing style to suit different professional audiences and brands at once.
Why this opportunity stands out
- You’ll have full freedom to shape social strategy from the ground up in sectors such as construction and climate, where there is significant room for creative disruption.
- You’ll work closely with founders and CEOs inside a small, 18-person agency, where your creative judgement and strategic thinking can directly influence growth.
- The holiday package is generous, with 25 days off, your birthday off, and a compulsory two-week shutdown during the Christmas period.
