If you enjoy producing polished content, care deeply about detail, and like working in a busy, collaborative setting, this role offers the chance to shape digital experiences at scale.
What you’ll do
- Maintain a unified voice, style, and terminology across several digital products and international markets.
- Improve content quality by using customer insight, data, and AI-enabled tools to refine and optimise materials.
- Work with engineering teams and market stakeholders to deliver localised content and smooth user experiences.
- Manage operational content and documentation for multiple products, supporting market needs, feature releases, and platform changes.
- Source, publish, and refresh documents such as agreements, event policies, handbooks, and other market materials.
- Support localisation and translation workflows across global regions.
- Keep digital content accurate and functional by updating pages, handling redirects, maintaining development forms, and resolving issues such as broken links and missing FAQs.
- Assist with publishing and localising content for new features, while tracking tasks and timelines.
- Partner closely with a software and engineering team while coordinating priorities with business teams around the world.
- Update operational Salesforce emails and coordinate merchandising and promotional content.
What you’ll bring
- A bachelor’s degree with honours in a relevant area such as Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a content publishing or communications role with a digital product focus.
- Hands-on experience managing content workflows across digital products and publishing processes.
- Practical knowledge of tools and platforms such as modern CMS systems, Jira, Confluence, and digital asset management solutions.
- Experience working directly with software engineering and digital product teams in a technical environment.
- Strong copywriting ability, including experience using AI-assisted tools or formal training in AI content creation.
- Solid project coordination skills, with the ability to manage deliverables across multiple markets and align different stakeholders.
- Experience using behavioural analytics to evaluate content performance, test changes, and guide ongoing improvement.
- At least 1 year of experience in the fitness industry, with familiarity with programme terminology and how the industry operates.
