• Design the structure of engagements, define the outcomes, and support a smooth handover into delivery teams once work is won.

• A respected standing within the New Zealand public sector, with a history of being the go-to person for senior leaders facing difficult problems.
• A growth-oriented mindset, even without a conventional sales target, and the ability to identify opportunity potential and build a compelling business case.
• The confidence to communicate effectively with senior executives on policy outcomes and with CIOs on technical direction.
• Strong capability in ambiguous, early-stage situations, including turning unclear problems into practical, commercially sound consulting engagements.
• At least 12 years of experience in top-tier consulting such as Big 4 firms or comparable senior leadership experience within the New Zealand public sector.
