Job description
Role summary
This position is responsible for overseeing contractor-led construction activities so that assigned projects are delivered in line with the approved scope of work, engineering design, and QHSE standards and specifications.
Experience and background
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction and installation work for offshore projects in the oil and gas sector.
- Hands-on exposure to operating within live oil and gas processing facilities, including brownfield environments.
- Practical understanding of construction best practices, along with related systems, procedures, and standards.
- Strong capability in construction oversight, clear communication, and conflict resolution.
- High proficiency in English, spoken and written.
Education
A B.Sc. in an engineering field from a recognized university is preferred. A diploma in a relevant engineering discipline may also be considered if supported by extensive construction experience.
