About the opportunity

An established recruitment business is seeking an experienced consultant to manage a construction-focused desk across commercial, civil, engineering, or related areas. The position suits someone who is commercially driven, confident in building relationships, and comfortable operating independently with a high level of ownership over results.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and expand a client portfolio through proactive business development.
  • Handle the entire hiring process, starting from the initial briefing through to placement and post-placement follow-up.
  • Position yourself as a trusted specialist within your market.
  • Contribute to occasional tasks such as marketing activity and reporting.

What makes this role different

This is a genuine 360 recruitment position with significant autonomy. The desk can be managed in your own style, with very light KPI pressure and minimal day-to-day supervision. The team is supportive, yet you are trusted to run your work independently. Ideal background
