Key Responsibilities

- Convert client objectives, key messages, and audience insights into structured conceptual and scenographic frameworks.
- Develop and support the creation of storyboards, mood boards, and visual decks that clearly communicate ideas.
- Maintain a coherent concept across all visual components, storytelling elements, and communication touchpoints.
- Work closely with Creative Direction, Content, and Technical teams to ensure the concept, narrative, and practical execution remain aligned.
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients on concept and content matters, helping guide decisions within the project’s scope, schedule, and budget.
- Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends to further develop creative approaches.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in concept development for media scenography, exhibition design, immersive media, or similar creative fields.
- A strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, and skill in turning ideas into visual form.
- Capability to build clear narratives and translate complex content into engaging audience experiences.
- Hands-on experience preparing and presenting storyboards, mood boards, and concept presentations.
- Solid understanding of how creative, content, and technical teams work together across disciplines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in working with clients and stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
