About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to guide the development and execution of comprehensive compensation strategies that support organizational objectives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure competitive reward programs. This full-time remote position based in the United Arab Emirates invites professionals to contribute to building equitable, attractive, and data-focused compensation structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement compensation policies, governance frameworks, and reward schemes aligned with company goals and talent strategies.
  • Oversee administration and continual enhancement of pay programs including base salary, bonuses, incentives, commissions, allowances, and executive rewards.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, payroll, business leadership, talent acquisition, legal, compliance, and executives to enable informed compensation decisions and governance.
  • Conduct comprehensive market salary benchmarking, compensation analytics, pay equity reviews, job evaluations, and competitive intelligence analyses to ensure market alignment.
  • Maintain salary frameworks, pay grades, job architecture, and compensation guidelines to uphold fairness and consistency.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as competitiveness, budget use, pay equity, incentive effectiveness, retention, and workforce costs.
  • Manage annual review cycles covering merit increments, bonuses, promotions, salary adjustments, and compensation planning.
  • Perform compensation cost modeling, scenario planning, and financial impact analysis to bolster strategic workforce and budget decisions.
  • Ensure all compensation activities meet labor laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and data privacy norms.
  • Create dashboards, reports, analytics, and executive insights to support evidence-based rewards decisions and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Leverage HRIS, compensation management tools, payroll systems, ERP, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and market intelligence platforms to manage and report compensation programs.
  • Prepare detailed compensation documentation, salary analyses, executive dashboards, and strategic advice for senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor compensation specialists, HR analysts, and cross-departmental colleagues, promoting fairness, transparency, accountability, collaboration, and sustained improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.
  • Master's degree or professional certification (CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, WorldatWork, or equivalent) advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation management, total rewards, HR analytics, payroll, or similar functions.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience managing compensation frameworks, salary structures, reward programs, or teams preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategies, job evaluation techniques, salary benchmarking, pay equity, incentive design, benefits integration, and governance.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, Compensation Management systems, Payroll, ERP software, Excel, Power BI, compensation surveys, and workforce analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven compensation analytics, global mobility pay, executive rewards, workforce planning, and digital HR transformations is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial, organizational, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, presentation, negotiation, and collaborative skills.
  • Capable of independently managing complex compensation programs while balancing business goals, employee needs, market standards, financial viability, and regulatory adherence.
  • Comfortable working remotely or in hybrid setups.
