Job description

Role overview

An opportunity is available for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a regional HR team in Singapore. Reporting to the Rewards Director, this position focuses on shaping and strengthening the organisation’s total rewards approach so that pay and benefits remain attractive, legally compliant, and aligned with business priorities.

What you will do

You will take ownership of the design, review, and ongoing improvement of compensation and benefits programmes that support hiring, retention, and employee engagement. In partnership with HR and business stakeholders, you will provide specialist guidance on total rewards, carry out market comparisons using established survey providers, and turn data into practical recommendations that enhance the employee value proposition.

The role also involves improving rewards-related processes, tracking programme performance, and working with cross-functional teams to introduce technology and process enhancements. You will help ensure adherence to employment and tax requirements across APAC markets, while also contributing to workforce and business planning initiatives.

Candidate profile

The preferred candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a closely related field, along with 6 to 8 years of HR experience, including substantial exposure to Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards. Direct experience with benchmarking providers such as Korn Ferry, Mercer, and Aon is required, as is a strong grasp of APAC employment and tax rules. Experience with HR platforms and employee data tools, especially SuccessFactors, will be an added advantage.

Additional information

This opportunity suits an analytical, commercially aware rewards professional who performs well in a fast-moving, international setting and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful people solutions.
