Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Doha, Qatar for a Community Sales Associate with ALFELAYA. The position focuses on connecting with prospective customers, nurturing client relationships, and presenting the company’s products and services in a compelling way. The role also includes event support, market intelligence gathering, and delivering a high standard of customer care.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers and help convert interest into business opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and community members.
  • Support the planning and execution of events.
  • Carry out market research to better understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide responsive, professional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Strong selling and negotiation capability.
  • Awareness of the local market and buying preferences.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
  • Prior exposure to sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.

Centre and client administration

  • Keep client contact records current and update information promptly whenever changes are received.
  • Prepare all required move-in documentation for new and existing clients.
  • Ensure client files are accurate, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Record cleaning and maintenance concerns in the appropriate logs.
  • Escalate issues to the General Manager right away and follow through until resolved.
  • Maintain CRM data in Office RND and keep the system up to date.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute actively.

Centre operational sales

  • Promote in-house services such as word processing to clients through flyers and direct understanding of customer requirements.
  • Help drive centre revenue by aligning services with client needs.
  • Encourage repeat business by ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Handle Meeting Room orders, including both pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
  • Support centre tours by presenting the reception area to prospective clients.
