Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Community Management position in Riyadh. The person in this role will take ownership of both online and offline communities, keeping engagement consistent across social channels and other brand interactions. The job is centered on maintaining active relationships, handling day-to-day communication, and helping the brand stay responsive and approachable.

What you will do

  • Monitor and manage community conversations across social platforms and other brand touchpoints.
  • Reply to direct messages, comments, and general inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Provide customer support that reflects the company’s voice and service standards.
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to support campaign planning and execution.
  • Collect feedback from community members and share insights that can improve future community strategies.
  • Track engagement performance and report on key metrics.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and supporting community events.
  • Help strengthen relationships with community members and contribute ideas to grow and improve the community.

Skills and qualifications

  • Strong people skills and the ability to build trust and positive connections.
  • Clear communication and a customer-oriented approach when handling questions or concerns.
  • Experience or familiarity with community moderation, social media management, and engagement tracking.
  • Comfort using social media tools, scheduling platforms, and basic analytics.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh and coordinate well with creative and marketing colleagues.
  • Good organization and attention to detail when managing multiple conversations and tasks.
  • Previous exposure to community management, social media, or customer-facing work is preferred.
  • A background or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline is an advantage.
