Overview

Reverse Media is hiring a Community Manager who is comfortable working with people and wants to build a career around community engagement. The role is based in Gurgaon with the option to work remotely, and it is a permanent position.

What the role involves

  • Create and run community strategies, oversee communication, and keep discussions active and well moderated across the assigned communities.
  • Track how the community is growing, study engagement patterns, and make improvements based on the results.
  • Spot opportunities to spark more conversations and deepen participation within the community.
  • Help the community become a trusted and active source of information and interaction in its niche, growing naturally through word of mouth and other channels.

Profile of the ideal candidate

  • You appreciate how communities can bring together people with shared interests, and you understand how they support a cause, movement, or brand.
  • You are familiar with online community platforms and are highly confident using at least one of these: Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, or Telegram.
  • You enjoy building connections with people and take real satisfaction in helping others engage around common interests.
