Community Manager (gn)

Role overview

As a Community Manager, you will join the Social Media team and help shape the day-to-day interaction with the brand community. The role is permanent, fully remote, and begins immediately. It is based in Germany and France, with a 40-hour workweek at an intermediate level.

You will primarily support French-language social channels while also contributing to community management across other platforms. The position is part of The Quality Group, where you will work with the ESN and More Nutrition brands.

Key responsibilities

• Look after the French-speaking social media accounts as your main focus, while also assisting with other community channels when needed.
• Review and respond to comments, direct messages, and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Follow an agreed shift schedule and work independently, reliably, and in coordination with the team.
• Use sound judgment when moderating content and passing along community feedback.
• Be available to work weekends and public holidays according to the rota.

Experience and skills

• Native-level French is required, along with very good to fluent German in speaking and writing; English is an advantage.
• Ideally, you live in Germany.
• You have at least one year of professional experience in a people-focused, empathetic environment such as customer service, social media marketing, or community management.
• You are motivated by helping customers receive excellent products and service.
• You enjoy engaging and growing an online community.
• You work with a high degree of responsibility, dependability, and accuracy.
• You have basic Microsoft Excel knowledge and are comfortable working flexibly from a smartphone when required.
