About the Role
Iconic Offices is a Dublin-based provider of flexible workspaces, established in 2013 and recognised for sourcing, designing and managing design-led offices across more than 15 locations in Dublin city centre. The company supports a wide range of organisations with office solutions sized from 1 to 500 workstations, offering options that work for both startups and established businesses.
This Community Lead position is aimed at a highly organised, ambitious, and results-focused person who enjoys customer service, relationship building, and networking. Key Responsibilities
- Own the front-of-house experience and act as a key contact for clients while supporting a high standard of service.
- Arrange internal and external meetings as needed.
- Build and strengthen working relationships with clients and colleagues across the business.
- Help with daily operational tasks, including stock and inventory checks, housekeeping standards, and building audits.
- Assist with community events and related activities.
- Make sure clients receive fast, efficient, and professional support.
- Maintain strong client partnerships by understanding their needs and helping reflect those needs within the location.
- Carry out other duties linked to the role as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in office-based work and customer service; background in hospitality or retail is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain solid business relationships.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Basic IT knowledge, including simple troubleshooting.
