Success in this role depends on working in a fast-moving, highly analytical environment where testing, iteration, and measurable results guide decision-making.

- Strengthen network density by growing active contributor coverage, raising participation, and maintaining balanced market growth.
- Build and oversee referral programs and organic growth initiatives that support steady, community-led expansion.
- Track acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement metrics, then use insights to keep improving performance.
- Run structured growth tests, review the outcomes, and apply changes that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare regular performance updates and strategic recommendations for leadership based on business impact.
What they are looking for
- At least 4-8+ years of experience in growth, community expansion, marketplace development, user acquisition, or similar growth-oriented roles.
- A strong track record of scaling distributed user networks, online communities, marketplaces, or contributor ecosystems.
- Solid analytical ability, including hands-on work with growth funnels, conversion metrics, retention analysis, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing, executing, and assessing structured experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and engagement.
- Background working across multiple geographic markets and adjusting strategies for different user segments.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with a data-first mindset and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Comfort working independently, setting priorities, and performing well in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
Benefits and additional information
- Fully remote role with flexible working arrangements.
- The chance to play an important part in scaling a global contributor and marketplace ecosystem.
- A high-impact position with direct influence on growth and network expansion.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture built around ownership and innovation.
- Exposure to international markets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong opportunities for professional development, learning, and career growth.
- Freedom to build, test, and implement growth systems that create measurable business results.
