Role Overview

The Community Engagement Coordinator will identify and create opportunities to connect with young people and the communities around them. The role focuses on health education, improving mental health awareness, and connecting people with the right support services.

You will plan, deliver, facilitate and assess community events, along with education and health programs that strengthen mental health literacy and community understanding of the challenges young people face. The aim is to improve early recognition of issues and help people access support sooner.

You will also partner with the clinical team to build a strong understanding of headspace services and help promote those services to young people and the broader community.
