Role Overview

This full-time, on-site sales position is based in the Communauté urbaine de Douala. The role focuses on field prospecting, client visits, and the promotion of FSLIG’s digital solutions to both prospective and current customers. The representative will identify business opportunities, manage a portfolio of accounts, handle commercial negotiations, and follow up on contracts and buying processes.

Key Duties

  • Reach out to prospects in the field and visit existing clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Present FSLIG’s digital services in a clear and persuasive way.
  • Manage a client portfolio and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial offers and support the progress of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Collect market insights and customer feedback to inform commercial decisions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to help ensure service quality and smooth delivery.
  • Track performance against sales targets and contribute to their achievement.
  • Prepare activity summaries and take part in sales meetings to improve commercial strategy.

Profile and Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities for pitching, negotiation, and teamwork.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account handling with a focus on long-term retention.
  • Proven sales ability, including lead qualification, deal closing, and target-driven work.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes and contract follow-up in a commercial context.
  • Previous background in field sales or B2B commercial work, preferably in technology or digital services.
  • Capacity to work autonomously in the field, plan time effectively, and deliver structured reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of digital offerings such as web, mobile, data, and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Comfort using office software and CRM tools, plus valid authorization to work in Communauté urbaine de Douala.
