Role Overview
Reliance Digital is looking for an experienced Commercial Materials Manager to handle the commercial side of retail supply chain operations at its Bangalore store. The position is important for keeping stock flows efficient, coordinating logistics smoothly, and ensuring all material-handling practices meet internal and regulatory standards.

What You Will Do
- Keep inventory at the right level so customer demand is met without driving up carrying costs.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to make sure products move on time and in a cost-efficient way.
- Follow company policies and applicable rules for material handling and compliance.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to support sourcing and procurement activities.
- Take ownership of daily commercial operations and broader supply chain performance.
- Identify ways to improve workflows, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
- Review sales data to predict stock requirements and refine purchasing plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and other business initiatives.
Required Profile
- Hands-on experience in inventory control and logistics coordination.
- Strong capability in supervising operations and improving workflow efficiency.
- Exposure to retail sales processes and customer satisfaction improvement.
- Ability to manage supply-chain compliance requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
- Comfort using inventory management systems and related tools.
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is required. The role calls for 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in retail.
