Role overview

National Service Bureau is hiring an experienced Collections Manager to lead a call center and collections team. The organization specializes in accounts receivable management and subrogation and has expanded significantly over the past 34 years. The ideal candidate is a motivated, accountable leader who is committed to personal growth and can maintain a high standard of professionalism while working with consumers and managing a team.

What you will do

  • Track, analyze, and report on team performance, service levels, KPIs, and other key metrics.
  • Recommend practical action steps based on performance insights.
  • Support ongoing training and skill development for the team.
  • Put call center and collections operating plans into action.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and personnel management.
  • Run regular one-on-one meetings and annual reviews.
  • Suggest staffing adjustments based on workload and results.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure team accountability.

Required experience and capabilities

  • At least 3-5+ years of experience managing high-volume collections operations.
  • Background in leading a remote team.
  • Experience planning call center schedules and managing call campaigns.
  • Strong command of call center and/or collections leadership practices.
  • Consistent results focus with the drive to meet daily targets.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Good understanding of compliance requirements and the importance of following them.
  • Professional, upbeat attitude and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
