Role Overview

This position is a remote, commission-led role with an on-site requirement mentioned for Cape Town. As a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, your focus will be to reach out to prospective clients, start meaningful conversations, generate interest, and secure qualified discovery calls for the senior sales team. The role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, works well toward targets, and can confidently handle objections.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for outbound calling, relationship-building with prospects, and booking appointments for the sales team. Success in this role depends on turning initial contact into genuine interest and moving prospects to the next stage of the sales process.

Requirements

Candidates should have strong English communication skills, with American accent or near-native fluency preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales is required. You must be comfortable speaking on the phone, listening actively, dealing with rejection professionally, and keeping momentum high. The role also requires a dependable internet connection, a quiet work area, and your own phone/headset setup. You should be self-driven, able to work independently, and comfortable using CRM systems and learning new tools quickly.

Nice to Have

Additional advantages include experience selling web design, digital marketing, or technology services; familiarity with web concepts such as landing pages and e-commerce sites; prior work with U.S.-based clients or U.S. time zones; and experience using tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close CRM, or Calendly.

The package includes base pay plus commission for each appointment that converts, flexible remote work, training and call scripts, a supportive team setup, and real progression opportunities for high performers. Strong candidates may grow into senior sales or team lead positions. A steady flow of leads is also provided.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a remote role that can be done from anywhere. Working hours are Monday to Friday and aligned with U.S. business hours, including EST, CST, and PST. Compensation is structured as base pay plus commission, with full details to be discussed during the interview. Both full-time and part-time arrangements may be considered.
