Role mission
This is a founding leadership position focused on building NKINDA in your country of operation from the ground up. The role is designed for someone who can combine business development, strategic execution, and network access to help scale the company regionally.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the local setup, implementation, and expansion of NKINDA in the assigned country.
- Take part in company structuring and help drive local and international fundraising efforts, including Seed and Series A rounds.
- Own the strategy for large public and private tender processes and contribute to high-value RFP responses.
- Identify and approach senior decision-makers in telecom operators, public institutions, banks, and OT-based industries.
- Represent the company’s solutions to executive stakeholders and clearly communicate their value in automation, resilience, visibility, and remediation.
- Drive growth into sectors such as finance, telecommunications, energy, and industrial OT.

NKINDA is looking for a highly entrepreneurial senior professional, such as a CEO, CTO, or independent consultant with a strong network. The ideal person thrives in a demanding startup environment and is comfortable building from scratch.
- Strong startup mindset and motivation to work in a fast-moving, high-responsibility setting.
- Hands-on experience in B2B strategy and in selling complex technology solutions.
- Proven ability to help launch, structure, and scale a startup business.
- Demonstrated success in managing large public and private tender responses.
- An active relationship network with IT directors, technical directors, CTOs, and CISOs in relevant sectors.
Compensation and governance
- This is an entrepreneurial, early-stage opportunity with no fixed base salary.
- Compensation is tied to equity ownership in the company.
- You will receive shares in NKINDA along with revenue-sharing participation on contracts generated.
- The position includes official membership on the Board of Directors and participation in strategic decisions.
