Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer who is confident working with code, machine setups, and tight tolerances. This role suits someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and enjoys improving machining outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Write programs for CNC mills and lathes and carry out machine setups.
- Review engineering drawings and translate them into accurate production work.
- Support punch and laser production operations when needed.
- Produce precision components that meet quality expectations.
- Identify machining problems and contribute to process improvements.
- Work in coordination with production and engineering teams.
About You
- You have proven experience in a comparable CNC programming role.
- You bring a background in sheetmetal or fabrication environments.
- You can confidently read and interpret technical drawings.
- You are well organised, meticulous, and focused on finding practical solutions.
Bonus Experience
- CAD/CAM experience or qualifications in CAD design would be an advantage.
