About the Role
The Cluster Lead for First Wealth will be responsible for leading the Elite Banker team across the region and ensuring delivery against business objectives for the Retail Liabilities function. This role focuses on building momentum for mobile banking adoption, strengthening customer relationships, and driving growth across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, trade forex, wealth and insurance, and cross-sell opportunities.
The position requires a strong understanding of banking and investment products, along with the ability to guide a team toward high-quality acquisition, deeper wallet share, and improved portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard quality Elite Banker talent, plan sales activities, track delivery, and continuously review team performance.
- Coach and mentor team members on effective tele-calling while ensuring compliance with tele-calling norms and applicable regulatory standards.
- Help the team meet goal-sheet targets and incentive-linked revenue goals, while closely monitoring engagement quality.
- Strengthen relationships with HNI customers through client meetings, joint calls, and support from peer and functional teams to support quality NTB acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business delivery across liabilities, asset products, trade forex, wealth, insurance, and credit card offerings.
- Promote privilege program onboarding, improve cross-sell performance within the Elite Banker portfolio, and raise product-per-client ratios in the managed book.
- Drive digital adoption and ensure completion of assigned tasks, triggers, campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.
- Ensure the team delivers consistent service quality, follows bank processes, and maintains operational discipline.
- Use data to design sales plans for the managed book and improve portfolio quality through regular reviews, daily engagement, and training.
- Resolve customer requests and complaints within the required turnaround times.
- Ensure all sales activities are accurately captured as per company process and that all bank policies are followed by both self and team.
- Attract strong talent for the Elite Banker team in the region and help control attrition.

Additional Information
This position is based in Hyderabad, India. The compensation offered is INR 12,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per year.
The role is part of the Retail Liabilities function and is intended for candidates who can lead a field sales team, manage banking relationships, and drive growth through customer engagement, product adoption, and process adherence.
