- Design, build, and maintain hybrid cloud systems incorporating on-premises data centers and cloud services.
- Manage hyperconverged infrastructure platforms including VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, and Nutanix NCM/AHV.
- Lead initiatives focused on cloud modernization, migration, and transformation.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code utilizing tools like Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and GCP Deployment Manager.
- Create and support cloud landing zones, network designs, and integration of identity and security services.
- Oversee deployment of workloads across multi-cloud environments, supporting both containerized and virtual machine compute models.
- Ensure architectures are resilient via high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and failover mechanisms.
- Handle daily cloud operations including monitoring and incident management.
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning compute, network, and storage layers within hybrid and multi-cloud frameworks.
- Review and validate architecture documentation, diagrams, and solution designs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical design documentation, governance policies, and presentation materials.
- Provide expert guidance on migration projects, particularly involving Azure VMware Solution (AVS) and Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE).
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to assure alignment on architecture requirements.
- Produce detailed architecture blueprints, cloud standards documents, and operating procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation covering cloud deployments, changes, governance, and compliance auditing.
- Engage in technical design reviews, workshops, and transfer of knowledge with team members.

- Minimum five years’ experience managing Azure cloud environments.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform management.
- Three years of expertise managing cloud virtualization and high availability setups.
- Thorough understanding of networking concepts including virtual networks (VNET/VPC), routing protocols, subnetting, VPN technologies, ExpressRoute, Google Interconnect, load balancing, and firewall configurations.
- Strong multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectural skills.
- In-depth familiarity with hyperconverged infrastructure platforms like VMware and Nutanix NCM.
- Advanced skills in automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, and Deployment Manager.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud security principles including identity management, governance, Zero Trust models, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficient experience with monitoring and observability tools including Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite, VMware vRealize, and Nutanix Prism.
- Excellent capabilities in documentation, technical design, and clear communication.
