Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Clipper position is based in Pahoa, HI. The person in this role will carry out clipping work each day with accuracy and attention to detail, following the company’s procedures and instructions to maintain consistent quality. The job also includes preparing items or materials for clipping, using and looking after clipping tools or equipment, and checking finished work to ensure it meets quality standards. In addition, the role covers editing, scheduling, research, and clipping moments while Boboy Watson is live streaming. The Clipper will work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily goals while supporting a safe, productive, and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily clipping tasks carefully and consistently according to set standards.
• Prepare materials or items needed for the clipping process.
• Use clipping tools or equipment properly and keep them in good working condition.
• Review completed work to confirm accuracy and quality.
• Handle editing, scheduling, research, and clipping moments during live streaming sessions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily targets.
• Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures at all times.
• Contribute to a respectful, efficient, and collaborative work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Comfort with detailed, repetitive manual work that requires accuracy and steady output.
• Ability to safely operate, clean, and maintain basic tools, equipment, or machinery related to the role.
• Good time management and the ability to stay on schedule and meet service or production goals.
