About The Role

As a Clinical Trials Associate, you will provide essential administrative and project tracking support to the clinical project team. Your role will ensure that all assigned projects are managed efficiently and accurately, contributing to the timely delivery of Project Delivery services.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and monitor the setup of system access for project team members, including Project Managers, Lead CRAs, and CRAs.
  • Maintain and conduct quality audits to ensure the latest document revisions are available on project portals.
  • Support the project team in preparing and dispatching clinical trial documentation, such as the Investigator Site File.
  • Manage version control and quality assurance for project documentation, submitting them to the Trial Master File.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining project-related information, including the site medical question and answer log.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, along with fluency in the language of the country of operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and exercise independent judgment.
  • A strong focus on detail and commitment to work quality.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
