Job description
Role Overview
This opportunity is for an experienced clinical recruiter who can build pipelines and place strong clinical research talent across site management organizations, research sites, academic medical centers, contract research organizations, and sponsor teams. The role calls for someone who can act as a dependable advisor to both hiring clients and candidates while overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish.
What You Will Do
- Run the complete hiring cycle for clinical research and site management roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer handling, and onboarding coordination.
- Keep an active and well-developed pipeline of clinical research professionals across different functions and seniority levels.
- Recruit for positions such as Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Nurses, Regulatory Coordinators, Site Managers, Clinical Research Managers, Patient Recruitment Specialists, and other site-based research roles.
- Evaluate candidates in depth, including their technical background, experience in relevant therapeutic areas, and overall fit with the organization.
- Use multiple sourcing channels such as recruiter platforms, job boards, professional networking, referrals, industry groups, and direct outreach.
- Develop long-term, trusted relationships with clinical research candidates and industry partners.
- Keep candidate and client details current and accurate in ATS and CRM systems.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for someone with at least 3 years of recruiting experience in clinical research, site management, healthcare staffing, life sciences staffing, or a similar field. Experience hiring for site-level clinical research roles is strongly preferred, along with the ability to juggle several searches at once in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication, relationship management, and consultative selling abilities are important. Prior exposure to research sites, SMOs, CROs, or sponsor organizations is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Additional Information
The client seeks a recruiter who can deliver high-quality talent solutions and maintain a consultative approach throughout the hiring process.
